警方反轉西九冚樓上吧派對房間及賭檔 拘89男女


警方西九龍總區反黑組探員,根據線報及經調查後,在昨日(12月31日)晚上10時半,持破門工具到大角咀洋松街94至108號德讚中心搜查,搗破一個以派對房間作掩飾的非法賭場。該賭場運作約半年,面積約700平方呎,內裏隔音設備完善;探員在賭場內搜獲德州撲克枱、魚蝦蟹賭具、電動麻雀枱、總值逾44萬港幣籌碼、總值4萬3千港元的現金、以及其他相關的賭具。

賭場姓鄺(25歲)女主持及姓蔡(30歲)男副主持,分別涉嫌「經營賭博場所」、「協助經營賭博場所被捕」以及違反「停業令」被捕,場內11男5女賭客,職業包括文員及地盤工等,則涉嫌「在賭博場所內賭博」被捕,同時亦違反「禁聚令」被票控。據了解,部分被捕人士有黑社會背景,而這間賭場需要有熟人介紹才獲准進入。

而油尖警區刑事部及特別職務隊人員聯同尖沙咀分區雜項調查隊根據線報調查,於昨日(12月31日)至今日(1月1日)凌晨大舉搜查尖沙咀諾士佛臺2間違反停業令的樓上酒吧,揭發其中一間為無牌酒吧,檢獲約500罐啤酒、40枝烈酒及骰盅等證物。

2名酒吧男主持涉嫌「無牌藏有酒類飲品可作販賣用途」、「無牌售賣酒類飲品」及違反《預防及控制疾病(規定及指示)(業務及處所)規例》(第599F章)被捕;其餘16男13女(16至48歲),包括4名未成年人士,則涉嫌「在沒有領有酒牌的處所飲酒」被捕,他們同時涉嫌違反《預防及控制疾病(禁止群組聚集)條例》(第599G章)。

此外在昨晚約10時,九龍城警區反黑組搗破紅磡民裕街47至53號正在營業的一個派對房間。探員於房間內檢獲600罐啤酒、22支烈酒和90支白酒,總市值約2萬港元。姓鄺(49歲)男負責人涉嫌「無牌售賣酒類飲品」及「無牌藏有酒類飲品可作販賣用途」被捕,房間內10男13女客人(22至60歲)則涉嫌「在沒有領有酒牌的處所飲酒」被捕。

另外,九龍城警區特別職務隊,在昨晚7時破獲紅磡馬頭圍道一個非法賭場,檢獲4部釣魚機、2部射擊遊戲機、一部讀卡器、一批遊戲卡及約1000港元賭款。姓張(27歲)男主持涉嫌「經營賭博場所」被捕;3名本地女子、2名內地女子、10名男子共15男女(30至52歲)則涉嫌「在賭博場所內賭博」被捕。

以上場所客戶皆違反《預防及控制疾病(禁止羣組聚集)規例》(第599G章),每人將被罰款5000港元;而場地負責人亦違反《預防及控制疾病(規定及指示)(業務及處所)條例》(第599F章)。所有被捕人士現正被扣留調查。
