廖敏盈續稱，5月4日晚上11時與6名隊員到涉案工業中心15樓梯間埋伏，不久後看見有人從目標單位步出，警員17378上前表明身分，惟一男子立刻把門關上，最終由警長3993成功開門。廖敏盈形容，單位約有2000呎，內有3間麻將房，大廳有3張桌球枱，當時人數很多，她向在場的人出示委任證及授權書，經初步調查後宣布拘捕。聆訊午續。
